“I need the toilet… I’ll be back!”

“It’s really cold in Cornwall. It’s really cold and freezing.”

“I wish it was Christmas all day.”

Smelling a flower – to Daddy…
“Do you know nectar?”

Whenever I agree with her about something…
“How did you know that, Dad?”

On the train…
“Kidderminster, that’s where we’re going!”

“You need to do a big breath…”

“… like that!”

“Look at that digger…”

“… it’s tiny!”

Daddy: “Do you want a wet wipe?”
Talise: “I like soap now.”

In the bath…

“Daddy, there’s a poo in the bath… it’s coming towards me!”

“Daddy, I can see my bottie… with my head!”

After the above…

Daddy: “This daughter of ours – she’s yours!”
Mummy: “No, she’s yours!”
Talise: “No, both!”

Daddy: “You are sometimes a bit bossy, yes.”
Talise: “Yes, I am.”

When Daddy disturbed her trying necklaces on in her room…
“I’m being peaceful!”

“She’s got foots! She’s not Ariel!”

Very sweetly…
“Can you make some more hot milk for me? As a surprise.”

To Daddy at the end of The Little Mermaid…
“Did you be brave? Really brave, coz that was really scary.”

Man coat…

“This is my best day ever!”
– at the Brookside Children’s Centre.

Giving Daddy flowers…
“Here you are… in your man coat… then your man coat won’t look manny anymore… it look ladyish! And Mummy will see you looking ladyish… when she finished photographing.”

Opening the door at Hagley Train Station
“That was quite easy for me.”

Passing a boy doing a trick on a skateboard…
“I didn’t know boys could do that.”

Walking home on a sunny day…
“I love snow.”

“I like Miss Mouse. She’s really sweet and cute and little.”

“If I find any money, I’ll put it in my pocket.”
